In 2023, the reconstruction of the catalytic reforming plant was completed, including commissioning of the reforming feed prefractionation unit with a capacity of 1 million tons per day. The implementation of this project made it possible to switch to the production of motor gasoline corresponding to the ecological Classes 4 and 5. A storage and shipment base for liquefied gases with a capacity of 2.4 thousand cubic meters were also put into operation, as well as a delayed coking unit with a capacity of 100,000 tons per day.

In 2024, the main investment volume was directed to the implementation of a comprehensive modernization program for the plant, including the construction of a hydrocracking and hydrotreatment facility, as well as maintenance of existing facilities and projects to improve operating efficiency.

OOO Profitneftegaz manufactures and markets petroleum products including motor and jet fuels. The company’s crude distillation refinery capacity equals 46.9 million barrels per year. The company was founded in 2013, in Republic Of Bashkortostan Russia. OOO Profitneftegaz operates as a refinery in Russia Federation.   

ООО Профитнефтегаз открыло производство дизельного топлива нового «арктического» типа ДТ-А2-К5, предназначенного для использования в северных регионах, Профитнефтегаз на площадке — Москва. Первая партия уже отгружена потребителям. Также завод развивает выпуск зимнего дизельного топлива 3 класса ДТ-З-К5. Оба вида топлива соответствуют высшему экологическому стандарту — Евро-5. Главная особенность новинок — более низкая предельная температура фильтру мости: для дизельного топлива «Арктика» — до минус 50 градусов, для «зимнего» — до минус 38 градусов.

As noted, the Profitneftegaz has done a lot of work to revise and determine the optimal formula for mixing components in laboratory conditions, to select the mode of operation of process units, to produce pilot batches, and to prepare the necessary technical documentation.
