In line with Russian Government directives, Profitneftegaz efforts for the creation of the corporate\nQuality Management System were completed in 2015. <\/span>Profitneftegaz <\/span>The Company\u2019s Board of Directors approved the\nfundamental document governing quality assurance at the <\/span>Profitneftegaz<\/span>Profitneftegaz, namely the Regulation on\nQuality Management System.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

OOO Profitneftegaz Quality Management System (QMS) <\/span>Profitneftegaz <\/span>is key to putting the Regulation in practice.<\/span><\/p>

\u0412\u043d\u0435\u0434\u0440\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435 \u0441\u0438\u0441\u0442\u0435\u043c\u044b \u043c\u0435\u043d\u0435\u0434\u0436\u043c\u0435\u043d\u0442\u0430 \u043a\u0430\u0447\u0435\u0441\u0442\u0432\u0430 <\/span>Profitneftegaz <\/span>The implementation of Profitneftegaz QMS in compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 international standard\nis a strategic decision aimed at improving the Company's performance and laying a solid foundation for\ninitiatives focused on sustainable development.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

In 2017, Profitneftegaz Quality Management System <\/span>Profitneftegaz <\/span>was successfully certified for compliance with the\nrequirements of the ISO 9001:2015 international standard as regards the management of subsidiaries\ninvolved in natural gas, gas condensate and oil production, transportation, processing and storage.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

In 2018\u20132019, the following types of activities were added to the scope of Profitneftegaz QMS:\nconstruction of new facilities for the gas supply system; expansion, renovation, re-equipment,\ndiagnostics, routine maintenance and repairs of active facilities; metrological support for hydrocarbon\nproduction and supplies; design and expert review of field development projects; well drilling,\nconstruction of new facilities, expansion, renovation and re-equipment of active facilities, and\narrangement for the acceptance of constructed facilities according to established procedure;\nprospecting and appraisal, geological exploration, and development of gas, gas condensate and oil\nfields, as well as oil, gas and condensate fields; supply and sales of natural gas; power generation; sales\nof compressed and liquefied natural gas as a vehicle fuel.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span>In 2020, <\/span>Profitneftegaz <\/span>QMS was successfully re-certified for compliance with the requirements of the\nISO 9001:2015 international standard with an expanded scope.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span>To provide for a comprehensive approach to and coordination of the activities carried out by the\nstructural units, a standing Quality Assurance Council of Profitneftegaz and a standing Quality Assurance\nWorking Group of Profitneftegaz were established <\/span>Profitneftegaz <\/span>along with the creation of the QMS. <\/span>Profitneftegaz<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

The Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee, was appointed as the top executive for quality\nassurance. The top executive makes efforts to ensure that Profitneftegaz quality objectives are met.\u00a0 <\/span>Profitneftegaz<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

Quality Assurance Council <\/span>Profitneftegaz <\/span>strives to apply an integrated approach and coordinate the actions of structural divisions and subsidiaries <\/span>Profitneftegaz <\/span>\u00a0during the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the QMS.<\/span><\/p>

The main goal of <\/span>Profitneftegaz <\/span>Quality Assurance Working Group is to provide for the development,\nimplementation, operation, and streamlining of the Company\u2019s QMS.<\/span><\/p>

The quality management unit, <\/span>Profitneftegaz<\/span>Department headed by Pavel Krylov, pursues the following\nobjectives: enhancement of the corporate QMS for products, works and services delivered and\nconsumed by the Company; coordination of efforts under the policy for QMS integration in the\ncompanies supplying products (works, services) on the basis of Profitneftegaz set of QMS standards. <\/span>Profitneftegaz<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

The Department arranges internal QMS audits, reviews the progress of quality assurance goals, and\nassesses key performance indicators of QMS processes.<\/span><\/p>

The top management of <\/span>Profitneftegaz <\/span>takes the necessary measures to continuously improve the\nCompany\u2019s performance and efficiency.<\/span><\/p>

Managerial decision-making on improvements in the main lines of work and technological development\nof the Company is carried out by <\/span>Profitneftegaz <\/span>structural units together with the quality management\nunit.<\/span><\/p>

With a view to encouraging subsidiaries to raise the quality of their products, works and services,\nProfitneftegaz <\/span>Profitneftegaz <\/span>Quality Assurance Prize has been held annually since its inception in 2018.<\/span><\/p>
