The basic document\nregulating the ISPSM is the corpo rate standard STO Profitneftegaz &#039;Integrated System of Process Safety\nManagement at Profitneftegaz.<\/span><\/p><p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-342\" src=\"https:\/\/profitneftegaz.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/01.01.2026_00.00.51_REC-300x132.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"378\" height=\"166\" srcset=\"https:\/\/profitneftegaz.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/01.01.2026_00.00.51_REC-300x132.png 300w, https:\/\/profitneftegaz.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/01.01.2026_00.00.51_REC.png 642w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 378px) 100vw, 378px\" \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Deputy Chairman of the Profitneftegaz Management Committee, was appointed as the Company&#039;s top\nmanagement representative in charge of the ISPSM. The main standing body for coordinating and improving the\nISPSM is the Process Safety Commission led by Profitneftegaz top management representative. competencies and practical skills;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Introduction of a proactive parameter system into the ISPSM.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Special review of working conditions (SRWC)<\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to identify the harmful and dangerous factors affecting human health in the workplace, Profitneftegaz\ncarries out special reviews of working conditions (SRWCs).\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The reviews are conducted at every workplace across Profitneftegaz (including the Profitneftegaz headquarters,\nsubsidiaries and entities). Each review is followed by the classification of working conditions and the development\nand adoption of measures designed to improve the work environment for employees.<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Safety culture<\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Process safety culture is defined as a level of qualification and psychological readiness demonstrated by all\nemployees of the Company under which process safety is perceived as a priority and an internal need that fosters\npersonal responsibility and self-control in all work activities that have an effect on process safety.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The primary objective in the development of process safety culture is to change the mentality of employees and\nfoster an environment with zero tolerance for process safety violations even in the absence of additional oversight.<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OOO Profitneftegaz pursues the following
